- Observe the safety regulations of your own country
- Check for damage and proper storage
- Conduct a sound test
- Use of clamping flanges according to DIN ISO 666
- Use of elastic intermediate layers
- Recruiting knowledgeable personnel
- Tighten the clamping screws crosswise
- Pay attention to the screw length when screwing on discs
- Observance of the prescribed working speed
- Use of prescribed protective hoods
- Perform a test run for at least 30 seconds
- Check for imbalance and concentricity
