Power fleece abrasives

WEFRA power fleece abrasives consist of a coarse fleece made from durable nylon filaments and coarse-grained silicon carbide. The flexible, open structure, which prevents clogging, results in high material removal rates, a long service life, and quiet operation. WEFRA power fleece abrasives are particularly suitable for surface cleaning, such as removing paint, rust, scale, stone, and cement, as well as for pre- and post-treatment of welds, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, plastic, and wood.

Specification

Disc made of coarse fleece, consisting of durable nylon filaments and coarse-grained silicon carbide, flexible and open structure that prevents clogging, high material removal rate, long service life, quiet operation.

For straight grinding machines, whether electrically or pressure-operated, use the appropriate VS6 clamping shank.

Applications

Surface cleaning, e.g. removal of paint, rust, scale, stone and cement, pre- and post-processing of welds, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, plastic, wood.

Coarse non-woven ring with glass fabric backing. The coarse non-woven material, made of durable nylon filaments and coarse-grained silicon carbide, ensures high material removal rates and a long service life.

Easy and quiet operation – can be used without a backing pad.

Specification

Our premium product offers rapid material removal thanks to its ceramic grain, cool surface treatment, and very long tool life. It prevents geometric surface alteration and is resistant to clogging.

Can be used without a backing plate. Suitable for all common angle grinders.
