Cutting discs for metal

WEFRA cutting discs are manufactured with special corundum, resulting in a maximum iron and sulfur content of 0.1% in the discs. Therefore, the abrasive particles of these cutting and grinding discs cause no surface oxidation occurs. Many WEFRA cutting discs are specifically designed for machining stainless steel; no post-treatment is necessary. However, these discs must not be used for machining stainless steel after they have been used on mild steel.

USER INFORMATION

WEFRA cutting discs, specifically designed for stainless steel, contain special corundum, resulting in a maximum iron and sulfur content of 0.1%. Therefore, the abrasive particles in these cutting and grinding discs do not cause surface oxidation. They are specifically developed for processing stainless steel – no further processing is necessary.

WARNING - Stainless steel discs must not be used for further stainless steel machining after being used on normal steel!
